  • How far in advance should we book?

    We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for larger events and holiday parties. Smaller social events may have greater flexibility depending on availability.

  • Are tours available beforehand?

    Yes. We encourage prospective clients to schedule a personalized site tour to view event spaces, guest accommodations, and resort amenities.

  • What deposit is required, when is the balance due, and what's your cancellation policy?

    Deposit requirements vary based on the type and size of the event. Most events require a signed contract and an initial deposit to secure the space. Final guest counts and payment schedules are outlined in the contract, and cancellation terms will be reviewed during the booking process.

  • Can we host both indoor and outdoor portions of our event on-site, and what's the backup plan for bad weather?

    Yes. Many groups combine indoor and outdoor spaces for receptions, dinners, ceremonies, and activities. In the event of inclement weather, indoor backup space is reserved and coordinated with your event team.

  • What's the capacity for a seated dinner, cocktail reception, or dance party?

    Capacities vary by venue. Our largest space, the Ballroom, can accommodate approximately 350 guests banquet-style, while smaller venues are ideal for more intimate gatherings. We're happy to recommend the best space based on your guest count and event style.

  • Do you provide all catering and bar service, or can we bring in outside caterers?

    Stonewall Resort provides all food and beverage service through our award-winning culinary team. Outside catering is generally not permitted, with limited exceptions for specialty cultural or religious requirements.

  • Can the menu be customized to accommodate dietary, allergy, and religious needs?

    Absolutely. Our culinary team regularly accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergy-sensitive, and other dietary requests.

  • Can we personalize the space with our own décor and bring in outside vendors (DJ, band, florist, photographer, decorator)?

    We encourage personalization and welcome outside vendors, including entertainment, florists, photographers, décor specialists, and specialty rental companies.

  • Is parking free, what are check-in and check-out times, and how late can our event run?

    Complimentary self-parking is available for event guests. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

  • Do we get a dedicated event coordinator to help with menus, timeline, vendors, and day-of logistics?

    Every event is assigned a dedicated sales and event professional who will assist with planning, menu selection, timelines, vendor coordination, and event execution to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Reunions

  • What lodging options work best for keeping our family/group together?

    Stonewall Resort offers a variety of lodging options to accommodate families and groups of all sizes, including guest rooms in the lodge, lakeside cottages, and spacious lakehouses. Many reunion groups choose a combination of lodge rooms and cottages or lakehouses to keep everyone close together while allowing flexibility for different family sizes.

  • Do you offer a group room block and discount, and can you set up a custom booking link for our guests?

    Yes. We offer discounted group room blocks based on the size and dates of your reunion. A minimum of 10 guest rooms per night is required for a group block, and a two-night minimum stay may apply. We can also create a custom online booking link, making it easy for your guests to reserve accommodations within your group block.

  • What multi-generational activities are available on-site for kids, teens, adults, and seniors?

    Stonewall Resort offers activities for every age group, including golf on the Arnold Palmer Signature Course, pontoon and kayak rentals, fishing, hiking trails, swimming pools, lawn games, campfires, spa services, boating, and seasonal recreation programs. Our team can also help coordinate private group activities and excursions.

  • Do you offer a dedicated reunion package, and what's the typical all-in price per person?

    We can customize reunion packages that include lodging, meals, private event space, and activities. Pricing varies based on season, accommodations, and inclusions, but most reunion packages range from $150–$350+ per person, depending on the length of stay and selected amenities.
