Reservations

Wondering when you should call us? During the peak season (Summer/Fall) we recommend reservations 4-6 weeks in advance. However, if you've forgotten, just call us when you arrive to check availability. Reminder that weekends are usually booked first while weekdays offer a bit more flexibility. A credit card is required to secure the spa reservation. We have both male and female service providers, and you will be scheduled with either unless you state your preference.

Cancellations

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation guidelines. If you must cancel or change your spa reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge. We strictly adhere to a 24-hour notice and cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged full value of the service. No-shows will be charged in full, plus 20% gratuity.

Arrival & Check-in Procedure

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your spa services to complete required intake forms. If you are a guest of the resort, we encourage you to leave valuables and personal belongings in your room.

Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Gratuities

Service prices listed do not include gratuity unless otherwise noted. For your convenience a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill and distributed to the staff. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.

Spa Etiquette

For the optimal spa experience of all of our guests, the use of cameras, cell phones and/or any other electronic devices while in the spa is strictly prohibited.

Special Considerations

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or have any other medical complications are advised to consult with their physicians prior to reserving any spa treatments. Please make your service provider aware of any medical condition. Expectant mothers may be restricted to specific types of treatments or receive modified treatments, depending on their stage of pregnancy.

Refunds, Check-out and Payments

Please stop by the spa desk to check out when your spa treatments are completed. All spa treatments, packages or products are non-refundable once purchased. We accept cash and all major credit cards. For your convenience, you may also bill your spa charges to your guest room. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Restrictions

Guests of the Mtn. Laurel Spa must be at least 18 years of age to have a private spa service. Massages are not permitted on anyone under the age of 13. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them at all times. Proper attire and behavior are required at all times while in the spa.

For our massage treatments you will be fully draped. Only the part of the body currently being massaged will be exposed. Draping is not optional at Mtn. Laurel Spa and will be strictly adhered to by your therapist. Please wait until after you and your therapist have had your introductory talk and he or she has left the treatment room to disrobe. Then you may lie on the massage table underneath the covering as instructed by your therapist.
