Hope Grows Here Gala

On this special evening, we welcome you to enjoy delicious food, drinks, and live entertainment (featuring dueling pianos sensation Felix & Fingers!) while raising funds to support The Lewis County Family Resource Network's 50+ programs and projects that benefit the community. We promise the evening will be one to remember, filled with hope, compassion and community.

Appetizers:

Baked Brie En Croûte:

A wheel of creamy Brie cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry, often topped with sweet and savory ingredients like apricot preserves, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds. Baked until golden brown and oozing with melted cheese.

Mini Cuban Sandwich:

Bite-sized versions of the classic Cuban sandwich, featuring mojo-marinated pulled pork, sweet ham, Swiss cheese, tangy pickles, and mustard, all layered between soft rolls and baked until the cheese is melted, and the bread is crispy.

Beef Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Wrapped in Bacon:

Tender pieces of beef tenderloin seasoned and seared, then wrapped in smoky bacon and topped with creamy Gorgonzola cheese finished in the oven until the cheese is melted and the bacon is crispy.

Dinner:

Salad

Roasted Gold and Red Beet Salad: A vibrant salad with roasted golden and red beets, served on a bed of mixed greens. Topped with creamy goat cheese, crunchy roasted walnuts, and a tangy poppy seed dressing.

Main Course

Filet with Red Wine Demi and Grilled Shrimp Skewer with Pineapple Salsa: A succulent filet mignon served with a rich red wine demi-glace, accompanied by a skewer of grilled shrimp topped with refreshing pineapple salsa. Served with garlic whipped potatoes and smoked honey-glazed Brussels sprouts.

Dessert

Hazelnut Crunch Cake: A decadent dessert with layers of moist cake infused with hazelnut flavor, filled and frosted with hazelnut chocolate crunch. Topped with cocoa meringue and creamy hazelnut semifreddo.

Meals will be served up to 30 minutes after event start time. After this time we will do our best to provide the full meal. We will hold your seat 30 minutes after event time, after that seats are on a space available basis.
