The Farm to Table experience is more than just a dinner — it’s a heartfelt celebration of the farmers, artisans, and flavors that define West Virginia’s rich culinary heritage. Thoughtfully crafted by Chef Matt Welsh, this immersive, Appalachian-infused evening invites guests to savor locally sourced dishes while connecting with the chef himself, fellow diners, and the stories behind every ingredient. It’s a true taste of place, where food becomes a shared journey of community, craft, and culture.
This package includes 2 tickets to the four-course plated dinner, one drink ticket person and overnight accommodations in the lodge.

Table seating is for this event is communal. Meals will be served up to 30 minutes after event start time. After this time we will do our best to provide the full meal. We will hold your seat 30 minutes after event time, after that seats are on a space available basis.
A La Carte tickets are available and will includes 2 tickets to the four-course plated dinner, one drink ticket person.
