Bourbon and Moonshine Dinner
Event Info
February 21, 2026
6:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Moonshine & Bourbon has been a staple of Appalachia for generations, and we invite you to share in this storied tradition at Stonewall Resort.
Come join in the unique opportunity to hear the Hatfield family stories, a piece of West Virginia’s history and sample some of the family’s traditions. The Hatfield Family has been making unique blends of moonshines and whiskeys for over 150 years. Their cherished recipes, which have been handed down from father to son, are now made by Mark Hatfield, the Great, Great Grandson of Devil Anse Hatfield. Our Chef has carefully crafted a four-course menu to complement the taste of these specialty-crafted cocktails.
Arugula Citrus Salad
candied orange vinaigrette / boursin / red onion / hickory smoked bacon
paired with Hatfield's Mountain Maple
Creamy Roasted Turnip and Garlic Soup
black garlic / sweet pea swirl
paired with Mingo County Peach Shine
Rosemary & Dijon Pan Fried Chicken
fig chutney / vermouth fresh basil risotto
paired with Johnsie’s Caramel Apple
Hazelnut Crunch
