Mindfulness of Yoga Meets Relaxation of a Cocktail

August 16th & 17th Stonewall Resort will host Randi Greene, fitness instructor, for a sip & flow weekend. These two classes will include drinks and class for just $20 per person per class.

About Randi Greene, Instructor

Randi Greene is a high-spirited fitness enthusiast and mom of two with a passion for sharing movement with others.  Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Randi currently resides in Chesapeake, Ohio with her husband, David, their son, Quinn (2yrs) and daughter, Blake (6months).

Randi has always had a love for movement (athletics, weight training, running), but it wasn’t  until residing in Los Angeles in 2014 that she began practicing yoga and discovered the impact it could have on one’s life. She obtained her RYT-200 in Scottsdale, Arizona and has been sharing her passion for yoga and fitness not only in the southern Ohio and West Virginia area, but with women from all around the world. In 2016, Randi created Wild Spirit Yoga Camp in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania as a way for women to take a break from the noise of every day life and make real connections while experiencing inner and outer peace.

Randi loves incorporating various forms of movements into her exercise routine in order to keep her workouts exciting and fun! Her training style includes yoga, interval training, dancing (like no one is watching), and "RLG Remix" (a high-intensity fusion workout combining yoga, strength training and cardio).

As a mom of two little ones, she knows just how challenging it can be to find the time to make it to the gym/yoga studio, which is why she created RLG Fitness Online!  By providing an easily accessible, convenient option for those who just can't seem to find enough hours in the day, she helps others make movement part of their every day lives.

Friday August 16th @ 6pm

Friday Evening at 6pm – Beginners Yoga Class | The Poolside Lawn

  • Bring your own mat – Pool towels will be provided if you do not have access to a mat
  • BYOD (Bring your own drink) – participants will be provided with a drink ticket and they can pick up their drink of choice at the poolside bar before the start of class

Randi will incorporate the drink into the classes to sip on during certain poses.

Saturday August 17th @ 9am

Saturday Morning at 9am – Yoga & Total Cardio | The Poolside Lawn

  • Bring your own mat – Pool towels will be provided if you do not have access to a mat
  • Mimosa Bar - After class participants will be able to create their own mimosa from fresh ingredients and premium wines
