These tips have been designed to ensure that every guest has an incredibly enjoyable spa experience.

• Please arrive early for your appointment to fill out paperwork and change into a robe.
• We will begin and end all appointments on time.
• To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa,cell phones, beepers, or other electronic devices must be turned off.
• Spa guests must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
• If you are pregnant it is good to get your doctor's approval before receiving a massage. This is especially important if you are considered high-risk or have other medical complications.
• Please make your therapist aware of any medical conditions that contraindicate the use of heat,essential oils, massage or skin care.
• Guests may request a male or female message therapist when scheduling their appointment.
• Lockers are available, but guests are asked to leave all valuables at home and will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions.
• Appointments require a 72-hour notice of cancellations to avoid the full charge of the scheduled service(s).
• Day Spa guests may enjoy the Fitness Center for a full day -$10 fee.
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and personal checks.
