2008 Houseboat Rates:

• $600.00 for the first two nights.
• $150.00 for each additional night.
• Gas, oil, damage deposit and taxes are not included in these prices.

Houseboat Reservation Guidelines:

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservations must be made for a minimum of two consecutive nights.
• Reservations may be made up to one year in advance from the first day of the month.
• Reservations may be made by phone or in person.
• To reserve a houseboat, please call 304-269-8883 or 304-269-8889 between the hours of 6am and 10pm, 7 days per week.
• $400.00 damage deposit will be collected for each rental at check-in and will be held until the boat is returned to the marina at the end of the stay. Examples of charges withheld from damage deposit include: lost anchors, broken furniture or equipment, or boat returned in unacceptable condition (dirty dishes, excessive mud/dirt, or ropes in disarray). only Cash or check will be accepted for damage deposit
• Must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
• No pets allowed on houseboats.
• No smoking in the cabin area.
• Cancellation fees will be applied based upon extent of notice.
